Why we built GiftDesk

Gift vouchers are one of the best things an independent hotel, restaurant or spa can sell. They are paid for now, redeemed later, and a fair share are never used at all. Yet selling them online has stayed strangely hard for small operators.

The tools that exist were built for chains and groups. You book a demo, wait for a quote, sign a contract, and weeks later you are live. For an independent with a handful of rooms or covers, that is far too much friction for what should be a simple thing.

So we built the opposite. GiftDesk is self-serve and transparent. You sign up, brand your shop, add a voucher and share the link, usually within minutes, and you are selling the same day. The price is a flat 5% per sale with no monthly fee, published up front, so you only pay when you sell.

We believe small hospitality businesses deserve software that is beautiful, honest and quick. The product should be the proof, not a sales call. That is what we are building.
